Family Ministry
The Family Ministry desires to cultivate faithful followers of Jesus through every stage and season in life. We believe that marriage and children are a blessing from the hand of God, and we understand how difficult it can be it to grow in Christ when life is full. It is through this mindset that the Family Ministry purposes to shape and mold disciples of Jesus through ministries that are meaningful and relevant to pre-marrieds, marrieds, and those who are married with children.
Pre-Married: The time between engagement and marriage is a tender season. It allows a couple to enter into an ongoing dialogue about personalities, expectations, hopes, and dreams for the future. Pearl Church seeks to guide these conversations with practical advice and principles from God’s word. Our hope is that each couple would grow as disciples and allow God’s love to mark their marriage.
Married: This part of our ministry is just beginning to launch. We dream about supporting married couples through mentoring relationships, counseling, conferences, and retreats.
Married with Children: It is almost impossible to regularly connect with others when trying to manage multiple schedules, sickness, and needs. However, the author of Hebrews reminds us to not give-up meeting together, but to encourage one another (Heb. 10:25). With this in mind, we offer Parent Group, Dad gatherings, Mom gatherings, mentoring relationships, counseling, conferences, and retreats. Our hope is that these venues will inspire growth as we seek to truly worship and follow Jesus even in the busiest of times.
