Everyone is welcome to join us for a casual hike in Tryon Creek State Park! This beautiful natural area in SW Portland is home to towering alders and firs, a trickling stream crossed by bridges and local wildlife. We start out in Marshall Park, a hidden gem of trails in the lush forests along upper Tryon Creek, tucked into the SW Portland neighborhoods. The adventurous will follow a trail down the creek, that connects Marshall Park to Tryon Creek State Park, then loop through the State Park and return by Lewis and Clark Law School. We meet at a small Marshall parking area on 18th Place/Collins Ct, just off Taylor's Ferry (see map).
If you’d like to join, please RSVP with Ben Conachan.
